By submitting your phone number and opting in, you confirm that:
You are the owner or authorized user of the provided number.
You consent to receive recurring automated messages (SMS, MMS) from Refunds 2B Claimed regarding your refund claim.
You understand that consent is not a condition of service; you may choose not to opt in and still pursue your refund via other channels.
You can expect between 1–5 messages per week, depending on your claim’s progress.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
Your consent is entirely voluntary, and you can revoke it at any time by:
Replying “STOP,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “QUIT” to any message from us.
Emailing claims@refundsresolution.com with your opt-out request.
After you opt out, you’ll receive one final confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

7. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you by Refunds 2B Claimed and vice versa. Please check your mobile plan for details.

9. Data Retention
We retain SMS-related data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined here or as required by law. Once no longer needed, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.
10. Compliance with Regulations
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and all applicable laws governing SMS communications.
11. Indemnification
By opting in, you agree to indemnify and hold Refunds 2B Claimed harmless against any claims—including TCPA violations—arising from your provision of a phone number that is not yours or your failure to inform us of a number change.
12. Participation Requirements
To participate in our SMS program, you must:
Be 18 years or older.
Own or be authorized on a wireless device capable of receiving SMS/MMS.
Be subscribed to a mobile carrier that supports SMS/MMS.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
By using our SMS service, you agree to resolve any disputes individually through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a court trial or class-action lawsuit regarding SMS-related claims.
14. Miscellaneous
You confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions.
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We may update these terms at any time; continued use of our SMS service signifies your acceptance of any changes.
